What do you do when camped at Elephant Butte for three weeks?
Walk, watch the sunrise, take photos, explore different access points to the lake, stroll the beach, play in the water, go to the store, watch television, tidy up the Casita, talk to campers, go online, eat, sleep . . . repeat in any order!
We’re waiting for the heater to arrive. After it’s installed, the crew and I will move on. In the meantime, we’ll enjoy these lazy October days. This slideshow shows photos taken on our morning walk and on beach trips.
