Some days the words don’t come easily.
Today is one of those days. I wrote a post for this blog, reread it, and had to honestly say, “This is crap.” I promptly pressed the backspace button and watched the words disappear from ending to start. Believe me, it was a good decision.
It’s never a good idea to try to be funny.
That’s a way to be sure you’re not. And it’s also never good to wax poetic or profound when what’s really playing around in the back of your mind is I hope there’s something good on tv tonight.

You probably have a lot to do anyway. Christmas is the day after tomorrow, you know!
